just got this yesterday and already i have a pistol grip on the way. Also, I'm thinking of replacing the forend with this new magpul,

So how often do you have to iron your POF? I have the permanent press model.

Just picked this M1 Carbine up, it's a 1943 Saginaw, it's one of the cleanest M1's I've ever seen, the stock barely has a scratch, the man I bought it from said he bought in the 60's from either the NRA or CMA and rarely shot it. I've been looking for one for years.
