Arms Room in League City had Monarch .380 today, $22 a box, but they have it. I didn't buy any even though I want to support locals, I just couldn't.

That, and I have enough for now...

Anyone need .38 Spcl practice ammo? $13.90/50

They also have .32acp FMJ if anyone needs some. $14.70/50

Alas, none of the elusive .380!

I refuse to buy ammo from them anymore, but they did have a sweet deal on a Sig p2022 this week for $399 ... I bought it and promptly traded it for a USP compact worth much more lol. I wonder how it shoots.

I walked into the Academy near Cedar Park on 1431 at 11am this morning. Was shocked to see they had one box of WWB .38 special 130gr FMJ ($18.99) and 3 of 9mm 115gr FMJ ($12.99).

Gawdawful prices, but I got the .38sp and one of the 9mm boxes. They limit customers to one box per caliber. 10 minutes later the other two boxes of 9mm were gone.

First time in about 6 random trips to Academy or Wallyworld lookin' for handgun ammo and actually found some.

Anyway, that's the same Academy where I found my Ruger LCP five months ago.

I found two boxes of .357 sig at the Waxahachie Wal-Mart. I relieved them of both boxes. I felt lucky to get that.

Ordered from Cabela's online. Shipping and handling was less than I expected.
Supposed to be delivered in a week.
We'll see.

I probably shouldn't, but I found a 50 round box of .380 FMJ at DFW Range on Mockingbird today. I paid $23 plus tax. I was suprised and happy. The guy behind the counter asked me if I had called and checked on .380. When I told him that I hadn't called, he said somebody was going to be upset! Hope they aren't reading this post!

Ive been ordering from Cabelas.. Just ordered 500 rounds of .380.. estimator said it would take 2-3 weeks to ship.. went with an off brand.. PMC Bronze.. Did this before with 9 MM and my second shipment arrived prior to my American Eagle 9mm from the first shipment.. I ended up cancelling that order.. basically if you go with an "off" brand you will most likely get it faster..

I was quite impressed with the amount of ammo that was on hand at the Cabela's in Buda. They had just about everything in multiple stock!

Cabela's must still be sending to the stores instead of filling online orders. I've had 9mm and .32 backordered for a month and they're still estimating 3 weeks.

My online order with Cabela's was estimated to be shipped in 0-1 week until yesterday...Now it's back to estimated 2-3 weeks. :blowup
It's been on back order for a little over 3 weeks now. I have my CHL class on the 30th and have been unable to find any ammo. Man, I hope I don't have to rent a gun just because I can't find any ammo. :banghead:
