Bump for getting TEN new members in one day!!!!
We're also having a Saiga-12 build party. For the build party we have a garage with a professional compressor, but we don't have an air brush to spray the moly resin and a sand blaster to strip the gun first.

You can buy a blasting cabinet at HF for $99 or less, media is $25.
They have airbrush kits for $5 - $10. buy a Party Pak
Can you request contributions to offset the cost?

I was hoping to find someone local (Dallas) that may already have the equipment and can help. I live in an apartment so have no place to do it. We are having the build party at someone home.
Also, it costs me over $500 a year in expenses to run the group (there are no fees or dues to be a member) which comes out of my pocket. What little money I get in kind donations goes to off-setting that cost.
By the way, we've got TWENTY new members in the last 3 days!

We've gained 21 members in one week! We're now at 423 members.
We've added pizza social parties, tactical shotgun matches, personal protection competitions, and a Saiga 12 build party to the calendar.
We had 45 people at our monthly range day today!

So last night was the Glock Maintenance class put on by the great folks from Tiger Valley - it was AWESOME.
We spent time learning about the history of Glock, the different models and platforms, then went right into full disassemble and assembly of our Glocks.
This class was SOOOO valuable as a Glock owner to have the confidence to know when the Glock is working correct, repair it when it's not, and provide preventative maintenance. If you didn't attend, you missed out big time!
