Santa was a day late and a dollar short for me.

I say that because i was able to buy used but new to me,Glock 27.I got a really good deal on it though.Pistol came with IWB and OWB holsters, two exdended pinky grips and a box of Federal HS all for $350.

A friend of a friend sold it to me, both of whom are CHLers and members on this forum.I hope everone had a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year.

Actually, my daughter gave me a nice electronic hearing protector.
And I got a couple of gift cards that will probably wind up at Cabela's.

Glock 27 with pancake holster!!!! Still love the Sig 229, but the Glock makes daily carry more comfortable with jeans and a t-shirt.
Also, new range bag. Now, I can arrive in style to test my mettle against cold metal.

Bought the GF a Kimber Crimson Carry Ultra and found out it was bigger than what she wanted, so Merry Christmas to me. I did replace it by getting her a Walther PPK/S 380 auto with Crimson Trace Laser. Oh, and since she got a ring I guess she isn't technically a gf anymore and now a fiance. :D

Not specifically gun related but got a new Surefire 6P. Then I turned around and bought a CREE 290 Lumen LED drop in conversion for it.

To say it's bright is a huge understatement.

If you think about it later, please give us a short review on the LED conversion. Advances in LED lights have been moving so quickly, it's hard to keep up. Back when I bought my 6P, it was pretty much state of the art. Then a couple of years ago it went into semi-retirement when I bought a SureFire L5. Now the CREE drop-ins for the 6P are over twice as bright as the L5!
And I think you're on topic because a light should be part of everyone's gear.

Went from 1-1.5 hours run time to 4 hours on a set.
