It was hard getting pics due to the reflective surface. Is this anything to worry about? Like I said earlier....this gun has had more than a 1000 rounds through it.

LOL...I was asking you or anyone else that might want to throw in an opinion. When I compare it to the pics on that thread link you posted, it doesn't look near as bad as those looked. I think it is OK, but just wanted to hear someone else say it too.

I think that's a PM9 with about 1K rounds.

In response to the questions posed by AUSTINREALTOR.
She has put a sufficient number of factory 9mm FMJ and HP rounds through the polymer pistol to have confidence in
its function and safety. I have made the decision to reserve it for carry and occasional shooting because she finds
the steel pistol easier to shoot. The polymer pistol is lighter than the steel one, obviously, and she finds the recoil
more disagreeable by about round 50 or so. In order to get her to shoot what I consider enough rounds for practice
to maintain her skill level and comfort with the size and use of the pistol, I have chosen to have her shoot the one
she finds easier/more comfortable to use, and carrying the lighter but nearly identical tool.
I do not find anything wrong with the concept of having two very similar tools to accomplish the same job.
