Ended up chambering the cases and firing them in addition to the oil. The oil did its job for the most part. Next time I won't waste the oil.

Yeah, the problem with the oil thing is that it's not guaranteed to "kill" the primer. Primers are dead after they go bang, and not a moment before.

I was wondering if any of you have or know of someone who has done a compairison between Lee Liquid Alox / Tumble Lube system and the regular method of using a lube press and stick lube? There's a lot of discussion over on the Cast Boolits site but it seems to be mostly just opinion and hear say.

Reason I'm asking is that when I started casting I began with tumble lube and got very good results when following the directions supplied. Yes, the boolits need to be heat dried to get rid of the sticky feeling to the touch but other than that it's a quick and easy process. Trouble is it may not be the all around best. Since I have not tried the other methods I'm looking to you all to see if I should be thinking about saving up for an expensive lube press and etc.
