For carrying at a professional sporting event, I agree the prohibition is very specific. It's very specific to a person carrying under the authority of Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code. We already talked about 46.15 so we know someone traveling is carrying under that authority. So if I'm traveling, 46.035 doesn't apply. It's the same as a 30.06 sign in a parking lot.
