If you have a side railed gun, the RS Regulate is hard to beat. It's one of the lowest mounting systems short of the Ultimak that allows co-witness, but keeps the optic over the receiver, which I prefer. It's also removable and returns well to zero. I've got one on my homebuild Bulgy '74 and it's awesome. You get the lower you want and then select the correct mount for the optic you want to run. The Micro mount will work just fine with a Primary Arms dot for those wondering.

Big fan of the AK, i have a arsenal SGL-21 that i love. Been planning on picking up a 5.45 sometime soon.

I like to keep them as stock as possible but i do have a RS AKM with a red dot that i have but never really use. Might switch that out for a scope. I did put a houge grip on it for i found the stock grip too thin.

One of my most favorite firearms.

Nope...no such available mounting option on my Yugo unless I were to drill into the receiver.
