How long after submitting documents did everybody else get confirmations? Do you only get the confirmation after ALL info is in or after the chl-100?

May be time for a phone call.

I think it depends on how you submit them and what you submit. So I would assume you should get a conformation if you do them seperately. I did everything electronically and was sent an email the next day.

Only a confirmation after CHL-100 was submitted electronically.

August 20th: Fingerprints
August 25th: Class and 100 submitted online
August 28th: Received email that I needed to resend because class certificate and 100 jpgs were too small. Resent right away.
September 9th: Received "application in process" email.
September 23rd: Status change

Hoping the plastic is in my hands by end of the week!!!

OK don't feel as bad when I read others having 30+ day wait times. Sure is a disparity between 13 day and 36 day wait times. O

I immediately got the email that they had recieved my request to contact them, then Monday morning I got an email from an actual person saying they had recieved my paperwork and were processing. So idk, and like I said my docs were uploaded four days ahead of my fiancé and she still got her confirmation before me, I'm thinking they open that folder on Monday mornings and start with the most recent sending out confirmations, even if it is texas is still a government bureaucracy lol. And to answer your question, yes they should notify you if application and chl100 are uploaded, I also uploaded the checklist on ours. She still hasn't gotten her fingerprints taken and they sent her the same email as I got.

Also, I also had a letter stating they hadn't received my fingerprints but I also called like dw025's post and they said to disregard. Everything was received. Whats going on with that?

Alright everyone. I'm happy to say that as of 9/23, I have my card in hand. Overall my process took 15 business days from my application date and 12 business days once I submitted all of my documents. Not too bad!

From all that I have read in this forum, you are less than 7 days from getting the plastic!

Plastic in hand - soon!!!
Just an update I check the status like 10 times a day religiously
Nothing as of last night but this morning I decided to look at 8:15 and there it was change address option and report lost or stolen license was the greatest feeling ever to see.
I'll be out of here soon just waiting on the plastic.

Congrats! I'm hoping my status change will come soon too since we're on the same schedule!

Based on what I'm reading here (and elsewhere) I'm expecting to have my license at the end of the week. I'll update this when I get it.

Received it today - 9/26.

Alien Gear Holsters were also in the mail.
