Welp, I dun been wrong... Just wanted to sound a bit hillbilly.
Had the biologist out and we found some interesting stuff. One was a plant he couldn't identify, said it was the first time in 20 years or something. He was excited lol... And, we have pigs. I am sad and happy about this. Fortunately there isnt alot of activity but we definately have them. So Carnitas is on the menu for the new place.

Well the previous owners have moved out and we can officially use it whenever we want.
Here is a pic from last weekend with my father in law. We caught atleast 5 this size or bigger and about 30 or 40 combined.
