What Chuck hasn’t figured out is that highways may have been built to escape the crime of the city, but now people have tired of the commute and people with the means are moving back into the city and gentrifying the inner city, pushing the poor into the suburbs where they must now commute to reach welfare services.

55mph NOPE that would go over like a lead balloon i am pretty sure 55 mph killed 3x as many as those driving 75...at 55 i found i got bored and tended to doze or want to drift off

i was behind a woman this afternoon on hwy154 two lane highway speed limit 70, over 5 times she crossed the lanes into the oncoming traffic so severe when she swerved back into the correct lane she was as close to being out of control as you can get...i increased my distance from her as i knew it was only time before she plowed a concrete truck head on


as luck found her...a DPS guy hiding behind a tree saw her and spun around.

A much more important question to ask anyone who says we could drive electric cars is "OK, Where do I go buy one?" No one has very many new cars in stock, whether electric, gasoline, CNG, or diesel powered.

One transportation disaster after another, now a toxic train derailment that is actually harming people unlike climate change.

If you saw video of that Ohio disaster on the news, it looked like an apocalyptic conflagration with massive, dark, noxious clouds of smoke. Yet the same medical authorities who locked down the economy and made us wear masks for two years told the residents they could go back home literally hours later. Nothing to see here. Never mind that hundreds of fish are floating belly-up in the Ohio River, or that nearby chicken coops are filled with dead birds, or that the residents get headaches, burning eyes and throats, and other chemical exposure symptoms within minutes of going back into the area.
