Supposedly did this to get a cash register without being caught.
White, but not White Supremacists, more likely just plain stupid criminals.
I still think it is a Russian or Chinese plan to disrupt the US.
Certainly spoils the narrative that this is part of a White Supremacist threat.
Hung on to the distinctive clothing they were pictured wearing on security cameras at the power stations.
Apparently also brought their smart phones with them as they shorted out the power stations.
