Their mail room is slow. From the time your message changed until you get a letter can be a week or more BUT your almost there! surfing. After 163 days I finally got the app completed or licene Issued
cert active message.I had to sign on three different times just to make
sure.
Well Im not sure when it actually changed,but it was within
the last three days.
I had some medical issues but never been arrested, my previous
posts explaines in detail. I guess If that little piece of plastic doesnt
arrive tomorrow, Ill have to wait some extra time due to the holiday.

35 days and counting. I guess they liked the way I arranged the
paperwork in my packet. I can't think of any other reason that I got
mine so fast and some of the other good folks here have been waiting
a whole lot longer than me.
Hope this bodes well for all of us.
