Mom and 3 small kids murdered by a drunk driver. Rear ended at a stop light. Suspect had been stopped by Constable minutes before, drugs were seized, but he was released.

He’s certainly right there, particularly the “not working hard enough” part. The work ethic of many of our new Democrat judges is atrocious. A lot of the new ones don’t even care about being judges—they just want a $140,000 per year job where no one can make you work any harder than you want to. And you can imagine the quality of lawyer for whom $140k per year is a substantial pay increase.

That makes 108 for the year. 1/4 of a year times 4 equals 424 murders, with the deadly summer months ahead. So Art’s prediction of 500 not far off.

I'm sure we have our share of crime in the Dallas area but some of the stuff you post up about Houston crime is just frightening.
