Greetings everyone. After thinking about getting my LTC for a while, I decided to go ahead and take the class, and now here I am waiting. I decided to join the forum and post my times as well, for anyone who would want to know...
8/4: class completed
8/5: completed application and LTC 100 uploaded
8/6: confirmation email documents received
8/7: fingerprints submitted
8/9: everything green down the list except the last two...background check pending and printing
8/14: background check green & print pending
Here I am, still waiting until it is received in the mail...hopefully sooner rather than later. I'll post when I see it is mailed, and when received.

Hey folks! I finally decided to get my LTC, so for those of you interested in statistics I have listed the milestones and dates below.
Application completed and submitted electronically: 7/24/18
Finger prints completed: 7/27/18
LTC Class completed: 8/4/18
LTC-100 submitted electronically: 8/4/18
Documents received email: 8/6/18
Updates went up online: 8/8/18
Background check green: 8/10/18
Mailed: 8/15/18
In the mailbox: 8/18/18 (Austin to Fort Worth)
25 days start to finish, not too shabby! If I had thought through the steps a bit better this may have been quicker.
Overall I am very impressed with this whole process.

I'm new to the forum, wanted to share my timeline experience with everyone.
2018.07.20 - Online TCL application submitted & fingerprints completed electronically.
2018.07.23 - Supporting documents upload completed (DD214, LTC-101)
2018.07.24 - eMail Receipt of application.
2018.08.01 - All green except awaiting fingerprints & background check.
2018.08.15 - All green print pending.

Howdy, been reading the forum the past few weeks waiting for my ltc to come in. Finally joined up and thought I would post my timeline as it seems fairly quick compared to some others on here.
8/5: Completed Application
8/6: Completed Fingerprints
8/9: LTC Class taken and LTC 100 Submitted
8/14: First update to the website showed everything green except "Background Check: Under Review"
The website was down between 8/10-8/13 so it might have updated sometime in there but I wasn't able to check.
8/15: All Green- Print pending

So... if my status changed to mailed last night, does that mean it mailed yesterday and possibly here today??? Gonna be pacing in front of the mailbox!

I checked yesterday when I got home from work, and no dice. I imagine it could certainly arrive today or tomorrow, based on others timelines in this thread.

I still feel like having to have the license itself before I can carry is a form of infringement. We should have constitutional carry before the infringement actually ends.

My Timeline so far:
8/10 - Application Submitted
8/12 - Class and Range Time
8/16 - Fingerprinting Done
8/17 - Documents Submitted online
8/20 - Email stating receipt of docs
8/22 - Online updated all green minus the last two
Waiting for the website to update but hopeful my timeline is similar to others! Appreciate everyone else posting their experience so I figured I’d share mine as well.
