Correct. The interesting part is the recitation of the facts, especially those as to when and how the money and gun was transferred.Purplehood wrote:Charles,Charles L. Cotton wrote:Here is an order on Defendant's Motion to Suppress that might be interesting.
Chas.
Being a total ignoramus when reading that kind of stuff, didn't it all come down to the defendant not accomplishing anything in his motions?
Good thing I haven't mailed off my letter yet. I wanted to get more facts before pleading on someone else's behalf and I'm glad I did. It would seem that CB Copeland has extremely low I.Q. for participating in an obviously straw purchase and that they were not busted for selling to an illegal alien with a valid I.D., but for a straw purchase. The guy with the valid I.D. was NOT the guy really buying the gun.Charles L. Cotton wrote:Here is an order on Defendant's Motion to Suppress that might be interesting.

Yeah, other forums are not as well managed as this one. I hate flame wars. I like open discussion and debate. That's why this is such a great forum because we have a great bunch here.bronco78 wrote: I said that on another forum when I posted the affidavit
And was flamed for it.
In October 2009, Saxet quit the North Austin site after problems with building management, not with the property owners and not with local law enforcement or the city of Austin. Saxet always expected to return.
