The FBI says OBL is six and a half feet tall. Is he exempt from being screened for explosives?

Is that "height profiling"? (All terrorists are short?) (Excuse me, I mean "height challenged")

Gotta be some racial/National origin height thing there making it unconstitutional, like they are sayin' about that Arizony law.
What's sauce for the goose, is sauce for the gander ...

Understood. The point of the link was that Napolitano was given an opportunity to demonstrate leadership and she opted to let other "volunteers" go through the scanner. She will not climb down off of her pedestal and do what she demands of the rest of us. THAT is the problem with the whole thing.

The problem with the poll is that those making the decisions don't care about. It is like a tree falling in the woods - nobody is listening.

Precisely. And, should I ever find myself in a situation where a TSA screener questions my refusal to submit to the nudie scanner, Napolitano's reluctance to do the same shall be my answer.

Bad form to follow up my own post, I know, but this letter from a bunch of eminent scientists is very relevant. It may also explain why those who fancy themselves our masters are avoiding the, supposedly safe, scanners.

The reason they're exempt is because they know the scanners don't improve security. Their only function is to oppress the decent people who do the actual work in this country.
