no update, still waiting on Doc's

Checked this morning, and it updated today!!!!

I'm a March applicant. Still waiting for status to update from Application processed online to received or whatever. See my signature for timeline.

Two timelines for you, both me and my husband. I literally checked it every single day along with this forum and I was able to estimate where DPS was in entering documents.

Background check seems to be taking about 30 days. Hang in there...it was the longest 6 weeks of my life waiting for the status to update as documents recieved, had me thinking they were lost in the mail, but be patient.

Mine was mailed and recieved in March. Monday April 22 2013 was 5 weeks that they had recieved my paperwork. After being on hold for 45 minutes a guy came on and said not to worry but they have not even started on March apps yet.. ugh...

Wife updated today as status received
Both Apps received certified mail 3/7
Her status changed 12 days behind mine

Good news received today. I decided to call DPS and surprisingly was only waiting for 15 minutes. Anyways, I told the lady when I sent it and when they signed for it which was March 13th. She told me that my background check was Complete and they are just waiting for my photo to be added and processed. They have received the photo, but just needed to be entered in computer. Everything else looked good she said. WOW!!! I was beginning to think they had forgotten me. Maybe I'll have it in hand within 15 days. I feel so much better now.

Things are looking up, they signed for mine on March 14th. No status update on the website but hopefully that means within the next week I will see something! Thanks for the update.

Did you have any updates on the website before you called to verify?

Ok, I guess I am geeting a bit impatiant. I submitted my Paperwork on March 13, from my tracking number ther recieved it on the March 14th. My prints were taken on March 16th. I called today April 24th and spoke to a Dan. He said they got my prints on March 20th. And the rest of my paperwork he said they must not have got too yet as there is no new status on-line. He said to call again if I do not hear anything within 60 days. Very frustrating.....

There was nothing online besides the application received message. It was 6 weeks and I decided to call.

Thanks for this info ... My packet was also signed for on the 13th. I had been bummed about not seeing a status update.

The first status update I had was Manufacture Pending. Did my renewal app online/emailed docs on 3/25. Updated to Manufacture Pending on 4/25.
