For a good looking hat, I find spreading the tinfoil in a colander to be best. It's a wonderful mold.

First, take a large flat sheet of tinfoil and gently insert into your favorite colander and push until the tinfoil takes shape into a pleasing hat.

Gently, remove from colander and voila, you've got a delightful to look at and wear tinfoil hat.

Now, those pesky government rays can't get through and scramble your brains.

Pretty slick and quite low cost!

I'm kind of jealous. There isn't anything to see up here in texoma land.

Maybe they're using that invisible camo stuff up here. :patriot:

I was under the impression that it must be pointy with crisp, sharp edges to properly function.

I'm sorry, but Pointy with Edges is passe, even gauche...

Today's tinfoil hat must be, de rigueur, for donning on ye old noggin and keeping those government rays at bay.

Good link. Great article. It's rare to see one mentioning the multitude of exercises that happen here annually.

While I have no concerns about Jade Helm I note that in the example he gives the exercise space is in the fictional country of Pineland. Some of the Jade Helm suspicion was provoked by labeling Texas, a non-fictional "country," as "hostile territory." This is even more provocative under an administration that has unequivocally designated red states and conservatives as domestic enemies and the greatest domestic terrorist threat as being from the "right." While I think the concerns about Jade Helm are not only misplaced, but illogical, I think they are largely fueled by an untrustworthy administration that is attacking just about every principle on which the country was founded.
