Half? I don't think you can be half Pro 2A. You either allow people to carry or you don't and in this case they do.

Why would I go against my preferred carry method to reward a company that tells me I can't?

If my right is to OC if I choose to do so, and if a business such as H.E.B. chooses to infringe upon my right, which they certainly are allowed to do of course, then, that business is off my list of places where I may spend my hard earned dollars.
So,they want my money, but they also want to appease ignoramuses and my enemies in order to get their money also.

We cant have missed a point you didn't make. I specifically asked Para in my original question if his issue with HEB was that he wanted to OC because I expected that would be a good reason to switch stores. In your post you didn't indicate you prefer to OC and will shop at Krogers because they support your decision you instead called HEB "Half pro 2A"

I fully respect your decision to shop at Krogers just not your description of a company as Half Pro 2A when they have publicly stated CC is welcome.

I also don't get the OCT idiots who stir up trouble just to draw attention, I've seen plenty videos to support that.
For me though, it's a matter of principle. I came from a war torn region where we lived under utter oppression and tyranny. I came here 18 years ago to live freely and enjoy my new Country.

I simply disagree with you that they are completely pro gun. Is that a bannable offense?

I personally have no problem with a 30.07 only business. 30.06 businesses are the ones I go out of my way to avoid.

I believe in a half 2A supporter being a thing. They are restricting you so they aren't completely pro gun. If you correlate it to the freedom of speech, it's like saying you can talk, but you can't talk loudly. Or you can talk but you can't whisper in here. There is no difference between concealing a gun into HEB, and carrying it openly. Either way you have your legally owned firearm in the store. The difference is the company is keeling over to the panicky moms that think every person with a gun is gonna shoot them, and if they see a man with a gun they are gonna be shot. If a LEO can open carry into HEB, why can't a license holder. The background checks for both are the same, the only difference is the polygraph test that leo's take in most areas.

It's not about guns with HEB, it's about selling groceries. HEB is pro gun. They don't care if you carry your gun as long as they don't think it negatively impacts their business. Thanks to OCT and friends, they perceive that OC will negatively impact business. CC or shop elsewhere, your choice, but man, I can't believe we are wrapped around the axle on this. There are more important items to expend energy on. If a pro gun forum is this contentious on the subject, HEB is probably right with their decision as the 96% of the population without a CHL likely can't be any less contentious.........
