Foster clearly said in his interview before the shooting that ANTIFA/BLM were not allowed to march on the street, but in the videos before the shooting you can clearly see that ANTIFA/BLM took over the busy street anyway. Also that there was no permit for the march - therefore the street wasn't blocked, strongly suggesting that the driver had every right to turn to the right onto that street (contrary to the Left's outrage "How dare he drive into the crowd!").
