At this rate, my address change may take longer than issuing the license.

I wonder if the mail carrier is ever curious when there are people standing at the box waiting for them to come by.

My wife and I are sitting at 57 days for our renewals and no word other than "processing application"
I guess I'll start hounding them.

It's been more than a month since they deposited my check for a change of address. Still nothing in the mail box.

I sent an email to them last night and received a "confidentiality" response and to contact them at an 800 number. (email came in the last few minutes)
I went ahead and called earlier today. The woman that answered (after 7 minutes on hold) took my license # and checked. After several "looks good" she told me it was approved and was currently at the manufacturer. I should expect it in the next 7-10 days.
Funny thing, I told her my wife sent hers in also but didn't have her Lic. #. With her name, she looked it up, a few "looks good", approved, at the manufacturer. "Confidentiality" seems a little iffy here. I don't know, just struck me funny.
I'm mildly disappointed that it has taken this long, the website is not updated in a timely fashion, and it will take another week or more to receive it, making it 65+ days....FOR A RENEWAL.

My status finally changed today to "Active"
Nov. 28th to Feb. 4th = 69 days
Now to get it in the mail...I'm still counting...

Well, I haven't received mine yet, so I can't answer the question as to how long it took, but I can answer to some degree how long it
will take...
As
I posted here, DPS waited
39 days, during which they did
NOTHING with my paperwork, before telling me that they wanted me to send them additional information (see link for details). They also told me that the 60-90 days begins when they receive the additional information. So, in my case, it will have taken somewhere between 99-129 days from their original receipt of my completed materials.
DPS sucks.
