Zero. I placed the order online Sunday 6/28/09. It was shipped yesterday and it arrived today. It's a new business. I was order #7.

The Houston area has dried up a bit on 45 too, I'm about to "go visit customers" and will post if I find anything.

I went to 3 Academy's, all had 45. Edgebrook and I45, Spencer and B8 and 518 at 288. UMC, WWB FMJ and JHP. They had just about everything but .380, it's nice to see stocked shelves.

I wish Austin could get that lucky. Gonna check academy again tomorrow and see if they have any.

Academy said they had some .380 in the am, but it was gone almost instantly. The did have a few boxes of 45/40/9mm.
What is the deal with the .380 anyway? It seems to be full metal unobtainium for some reason, and priced higher than .45 auto and 9mm. Its just a pint-sized,cut down 9mm (i.e.
9mm Kurz).
I would have guessed the manufacturers have had a handle on the supply/demand numbers for years not to be behind the curve. That many people carrying pocket protectors?

The way I hear it there was never a big demand for .380 so manufacturing was kept low. In the last year or so P3ATs and LCPs became very popular so demand shot up about the same time the shortage of all ammo took place. Manufacturers can't keep up with demand of any ammo especially .380.

Glad to hear this. He has primers but not the one's I need. I keep watching and see if he gets the SP or SR primers at a somewhat reasonable price. I assume this guy operates near Cedar Park/Leander area.

The academy at 183 and 35 in Austin got a rather large shipment in this morning of just about everything. I didn't look for 380 by they had everything else. I was finally able to pick up .45.
