I believe the 9x19mm and 9x17mm are not, but the .38 Special is available in both +P and standard loadings.

I just purchased the only 100 count box of WWB .40 that wally world in Plano had left. It just hit me that they may have raised the prices. I paid 27.99 for it. The last time I bought .40 from this Walley world a month or so ago I could have sworn it was 24.99. They did have several 550 count boxes of 22 long rilfe. that price was raised also. It is 15.99 and a few weeks ago it was 13.99.
Looking at some of the past posts, i guess the .40 has been at this price for several months. My mistake...it just seemed like I paid less for it at some point. maybe it was before the Oduma election.

I was at Bachman Gun today and they had a good selection (but prices were high) for everything except .380, as usual. I went to DFW Gun Range with my sister-in-law to shoot after work and they had a good selection also. DFW did have some .380, but wanted to sell it to shoot at the range only.
So, if you are looking, these guys have some if you are willing to pay the price. Just trying to help.

im only passing this along .
this is from an e-mail that my instructor sent out to people on her mailing list .
i just called ,and he does have .380 ....i forgot to ask how much it costs .
P.S....this is in NW Houston .
Many of you that know me know my friend Gordon Taylor. Gordon has recently opened a gun shop in the Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Heights area.
He is getting new inventory in everyday and has some of the best prices around on new and used guns. He also is selling Streamlight Flashlights, Spydeco Knives as well as other brands.
He has hard to find ammo in stock at prices you will be hard pressed to beat such as 9mm, .40S&W, .45acp, .380, .45 Colt, .223 Rem, 12ga. Buckshot etc.
The name of his shop is Black Gold Guns and Ammo the phone number is 713.694.GUNS, (713.694.4867).

Ran into Academy at William Cannon and I-35 in Austin on a hunch. They have both 100 and 250 packs of 9mm (which didn't do me any good), and my hunch paid off as well.
Winchester .40 S&W PDX1 on the shelf, ripe for the picking. Unfortunately the $18.99 price tag was left over from what was in that spot before, so I ended up with two boxes at $24.99/ea.

i was really more or less pointing out the fact that they had .380 in stock ,
since thats what everyone seems to be having trouble finding .
i figured those who are interested could call for themselves .

but i called back to get prices...

Has anyone seen any .50 cal AE lying around someplace? My neighbour has been driving me nuts about finding him some of this since he saw me unpacking a large box full of ammo that I had arrive from the UPS man last week. It is a little spendy for my tastes, but whatever the locals want I guess....

Amazing!!! I actually caught myself thinking, "wow, what a great deal". Then I realized it was an illusion, brought on by seeing CTD selling it for 69 bucks. I am beginning to get concerned that the ammo sellers are going to be real slow to drop the prices. They have got us all right where they want us. No reason for them to drop the prices.
Not bad, considering some of the price gouging going on with the 380. Thanks for going to all that trouble. If I am ever in Houston, I owe you a beer.

WOW.....just wow!
Academy in Webster (I45 close to Nasa Road) have just about any caliber of ammo (except?...you guessed it .380)
250 rounds of 9mm $59.95
Loads and loads of Monach (Steel and Brass) for the normal prices. They even have lots of boxes of 45.
I haven't seen the shelves so full for ages.
The guy behind the counter said that they expect to drought of .380 to end by the end of August begining of September.
