Let's go ahead and lock them up. By the time that it all gets sorted out afterward, there will be a new President who doesn't have a plan to sell the US down the river to global government. I understand that they have vacated some of the cells at Gitmo. I'm sure that Texas would happily transfer responsibility of the OSCE detainees after Jan 21st.

immunity only applies to prosecution, NOT to arrest....far as I know they can be held for 48 hours. sounds like lots enough to cover election day to me.

What grants them immunity in the first place?

Yes, she "pwns" the World
(pwn = own for those who don't know, but there is a double meaning there)

I'm guessing some Federal authority to grant "observer" status to them would trump state law.

They can argue their arrest in court after the election, as far as I'm concerned.
If Benghazi and Fast & Furious cant wait, so can the UN. :mad5

Exactly! I bet our Ambassador would have liked some of that concern pointed his way before he died!
The attitude of the WH toward the rights of the State of Texas is not tolerable and it's just the latest in a long list.
BTW, I edited out the duplicate link in my OP. Sorry.

Iowa is joining with Texas: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1012/83108.html
Iowa has joined Texas in warning international election observers of possible criminal prosecution if they violate state laws and get near polling places on Election Day.

Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz — like Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott last week — on Tuesday threatened Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe election observers with arrest if they came within 300 feet of a polling place’s entrance, in violation of state law. (In Texas, it’s 100 feet.)

What disturbs me is no one speaks of states rights anymore. The average citizen would be shocked to know what freedoms the states once held and are now lost. States rights have been crushed and the debris is all that's left.

Sadly true. Too many did not fight to retain them in the pursuit of federal dollars it would seem.

A process initiated by "Marse Linkum" and his troops in the 1860s.
