I bet the millennials will not be too happy about state income tax... that would only dilute the mandatory minimum wages they already feel too small.Aunt Eva wrote: Thu Aug 30, 2018 3:00 pmThat's music to the ears of democrats, socialists, democratic socialists, undocumented foreigners and other criminals.TreyHouston wrote: Thu Aug 30, 2018 2:23 pm All Ted Cruz has to do is take a photo or Beto’s website and read it to people- easy.

Man it would be great if people would start realizing that 'millennials' are very equally distributed and white male millennials actually prefer R over D by 9%. Please avoid wide-brushing vast swaths of people. I never said that there were no R millennials. And my inference was that young dems probably haven't thought about a state income tax and that was my point. There are some attractive pieces to socialism for younger people, especially if they haven't yet figured out how it's paid for.PriestTheRunner wrote: Thu Aug 30, 2018 4:40 pm

The online survey of more than 16,000 registered voters ages 18 to 34 shows their support for Democrats over Republicans for Congress slipped by about 9 percentage points over the past two years, to 46 percent overall. And they increasingly say the Republican Party is a better steward of the economy.
