Odufuwa has an outstanding traffic warrant from New Mexico that prevented her from buying guns at least two times since 2016.

On Nov. 9, prosecutors asked Dallas County Judge Kristin Wade to dismiss the case, and she did. Wade did not respond to a request for comment.

Because Odufuwa’s prior cases were dismissed, a judge or jury never determined her guilt or innocence.

While there are a serious lack of mental facilities, Creuzot is clearly trying to weasel his way out of taking any responsibility here...

New procedure in Dallas when a crime occurs:

"Officers won’t physically respond to an address to take a report for certain calls, including minor accidents with no injuries when the vehicles are operable, motor vehicle burglaries, credit or debit card abuse, harassing calls or texts unrelated to family violence, identity theft, reckless damage, graffiti, burglary of a coin machine, lost property, theft and shoplifting under $2,500."

The victim will report the crime on line where it will be rapidly handled by the computer server, a case number assigned and then placed in a database.
