I don't think you can get your hands on it tonight since they quit selling ammo at 10. he gave me the impression that tomorrow at 7 would be when it is available. He also said he is scheduled ONE case...just ONE of 45 ACP. He said it would be the WWB 100 count. I need some 45 but not bad enough to get up at 7am on Saturday morning. :tiphat:

Hope this helps someone.

Gosh, that seems like a good deal to me, as Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine are selling Remington 9mm for the same price!

I was checking slickdeals.net and someone mentioned that a site has 380 on sale: http://www.proammo.com/c-50-380-acp.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I checked it and they do have some in stock, but a number of "out of stock" comments.

Academy in Cedar Park at 1890 Ranch shopping center had a ton of ammo in this morning, including some .380 ...

[*] .380 - it is only aluminum-cased Blazer, but still it IS .380 ammo and they had two cases of it
[*] .45 - two cases - one WWB and one 100-round bulk pack of Remington (the green and flourescent orange box)
[*] .40 - case of 50-round boxes of WWB JHP and case of some other Winchester personal defense ammo (20-round boxes) that I didn't recognize
[*] 9mm - plenty of Monarch brass
[*] .22LR - Remington golden 525-count bulk boxes for less than $17 + some Winchester high velocity

Follow up ... talked to someone this afternoon who told me all the .380 Blazer was already gone by noon.

At wal-Mart @ 529@6 right now. 8 boxes wwb .45acp 100ct!!! No 380 though. They have tons of everything else, even cheap .223!

Also, if you're ever in a wal-mart when the power goes out, apparently people think it's the end of the world, and freak out accordingly :roll:

wish I had my chl already, had it lasted more than 5 minutes, there might have been looting :smilelol5:

I've seen it!!!

Brass FMJ .380 (WWB) 50 count for $21.95....bit pricey but I am hoping it is a good sign.

Oh....it was at T's Guns and Ammo in Texas City...snagged me a box to replace dwindling stockpile.
