Does anyone know the drill at Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth? I searched the forums and Texas3006.com, but didn't find anything.
Is it posted? Do they have metal detectors?
Thanks in advance.

I didn't have my CHL last time I was there, so I'm not 100% sure on 30.06 sign, but I don't think so.
They do not have metal detectors.

Bass Hall in Fort Worth is good to go. I have been there recently (with my little friend tucked into my bag)
Bass Hall in Austin is part of the UT campus. Soooo confusing! Wonder if it is the same Basses?

I took my wife there a year ago to see Oklahoma. There was a 30.06 deep inside the place near the little gift shop in the corner. It was non compliant as the letters were less than 1 inch high and it was only in English. It looked to me like an attempt to keep CHLers out of the "bar area" only.

The sign by the gift shop is not 30.06. I keep thinking I should write down the code that is referred on the sign as it looks quite respectable, but it is not 30.06.
Make sure you are well concealed as the ushers are volunteers and may not understand Texas law as it concerns CHL.

Thanks, everyone. I had to leave the house and beat traffic before any answers were posted. Nothing has changed - there were no signs (not even a gunbusters) at the entrances, and no detectors.
I didn't notice the other sign you guys are talking about. I stayed out of the gift shop and gave the bar areas a wide berth, just to be safe.

Well as I feel confident that I'm alone here (as far as co-workers go), I worked, and still do on very rare occasion, at Bass and there is no 30.06 sign. We have the older "alcohol" signs on all of the bars (where I work[ed]) but as those hold no weight anymore theres no worries. I spoke with our security at one time (who are curiously prohibited from carrying firearms, even though they are authorized to) and the basic understanding was that unless there was a school function no one think anything of it.
As for metal detectors, I think there may be one or two handheld wands in the office, but never seen them used.
