I got word this week that a very close friend has lesions on his liver and pancreas. They are 90% sure they are cancer, but more tests are in progress.

His name is Ron. Please keep him and his family in your prayer list.

I've lost more than one friend to cancer. My heartfelt prayers for Ron and for a favorable diagnosis.

I will pray for Ron by name. I wish him comfort in the coming tests and decisions.

I have not posted recently, but wanted to update everyone.

Ron's lesions are cancerous and he is in stage 4. He is undergoing chemo. The doctors say it can't be cured, but think they can put it in check so he will have quite a few more years of life. He has been through 5 treatments. His last test shows the chemo is working and they are confident he will have a good rate of survivability. He is in good spirits and has a VERY positive attitude and strong faith.

Please continue your prayers as they are definately helping!!

I just received word that after a long hard battle with this cancer for a year, Ron's kidneys and liver are shutting down. That means it's just a matter of days now until he will be at peace with our Father.

Please keep Ron, his wife Andi and all of their family and friends in your prayers for strength as they struggle through these next days.
