I have reached out many times here for family and friends in need of prayer support and I'm not accustom to doing it for my own needs, but I find myself facing a health crisis I never thought could happen. I have been diagnosed with melanoma and will be having surgery on Thursday, October 23 to remove the tumor and lymph nodes in my neck. The tumor is in my ear, I am hoping for the best outcome and I'm asking for prayers to that end. I go in tomorrow for pre-op labs and a pre-procedure test I.E. a nuclear scan of my head, neck and upper part of my body to look for any traces the tumor may have sent out. I haven't been given a time for the surgery other than PM the 23rd on my appointment list, so I assume when I meet again with the surgeon tomorrow I'll be advised of when it is scheduled. Thank you everyone for all the prayers and kind words for my past requests and this one for me.

Pray fervently. God is the God that walked shores of Galilee and healed the blind, dumb and deaf. He is a the Great physician, He is the Lord of lords, King of kings and Doctor of all doctors. The doctors told me I wouldn't see 2016 and the Lord had other plans. Stay strong and rest when you can.

Thank y'all for the prayers. My surgeon removed the tumo, but was only able to remove one lymph node that the nuclear material identified as being drained to. He is awaiting the biopsy to see if melanoma was it it. If so there may be further surgery or treatment, so please continue your prayers.
