$15,000 offered to Ferguson dad after he filed statutory rape charges against a man who seduced his underage daughter after getting off the school bus.
The offer was made by a relative of the rapist who is from Houston.
Hit man then later shot the dad to death for turning down the money. The hit man was then shot and killed by his clients.
Apparently the rapist was in the pharmaceutical business.
