quick links not working

For about 2 weeks now the quick links buttons keep giving me "access forbidden" on new posts or unread posts?. Why?

Today April 6 is the first time I have been able to log in for 3 weeks.

Can anybody (Chas?) give us an update on the status of the site? Is there a plan for it to stay up, or what?
