Anybody else still use Tyler T Grips on their S&W and Colt Revolvers?
I started in LE in 1971 and all of the old Harness Bulls had Tyler T Grips on their Revolvers, expecially their 2 inch off duty guns.
I like everybody else transitioned to Semi Autos in the 80s and all of my revolvers were regulated to the Safe as Queens. I did hold a regular Queen for a Day at the range every now and then.

I retired from LE two years ago and I gotten back into shooting my revolvers and carrying them on occassion. I still order Tyler T Grips from the company in OKC with great service.

Anybody still use them besides me?

I have one on my ALWAYS carry 340PD and I have one on a Model 66 2 1/2 that I own. I am not as old as you, but some of the Tyler T's were used in the 80's when I started in LE.

Jungle Work,
You and I started in LE about the same time. As for the Tyler's T Grip, I always had to use one on my M36 Smith, but didn't seem to need it on my K frame. Later, I used a Colt Cobra and I found that I didn't need the Tyler's on that one either. It was only the M36 Smith that needed the Tyler's.

Yep. They are great for the J-frames.

Yes, I like them. In all honesty I prefer the 'shootability' of rubber grips, but I like the compromise of concealability and controlability with standard wood grips and T-grips.
