Nice. That's right up the road from me and I need some 9mm ammo.
Thanks!

I loaded UP on this deal.
The guy said they sold out on Friday but on Saturday morning they had ten more pallets come in.
I bought three cases.
He also said if they do run out of the Winchester they'll match the price on the Remington UMC.

NO!! I went there on Friday specifically looking for reloading stuff and they don't have any. The last time I was in the BassPro in Katy they carried it. I complained to the gun dept manager. He was sympathetic but said they didn't allocate enough floor space for reloading equipment. I said you could have done away with one or two of the 45 racks of camouflage clothes and had some room.
If you go there, ask about it and complain. Maybe if enough people do that they'll start selling it.

Not sure if it is just the two boxes of Monarch I bought but it seemed to produce a significant amount of smoke and muzzle flash compared to the WWB.

Monarch is known for being dirtier and flashier than most others. It is similar to Wolf in that aspect, although not as stinky. I buy it sometimes, and have not found it to be inferior in any other way. It seems to feed fine, and that's really all that matters for practice, unless you're shooting at night.
