Who's the victim?

First they say the shooter is a victim then they say the robber is
a victim.

I'm glad the father was carrying at the time. What would have happened to the entire family had he been unarmed? I doubt that the bad guys would have let them call the police for help, like many antis would like to believe.

I don’t know, the report didn’t sound all that biased to me…sounds like the guy in the car avoided a hostage situation by shooting the bad guy, and it sounded like the neighbor thought so too.
The report stated the “…other gunmen…� fled the scene, so it sounds like it’s probably a good shoot.
