Resident of Tempe, AZ, angry at city council for denying a liquor permit for his proposed business took an AR-15 and 200 rounds of ammunition to the Super Bowl to kill innocent people. Changed his mind in the parking lot.

Must've found out at the last minute that Nitrogen wasn't there.
