Saw this on another forum. Good or bad shoot....I say good. Comments?

From the angle, many people feel the baby was in harms way, when in reality he/she was over 4+ feet away from the muzzle.
Bad guy drops like a sack of bricks from 3 shots of .40 gold dots.
I heard he survived, though. 
All hearsay.
