DPS Forgot !

My son has been waiting for his CHL packet from DPS for 3 months. He finally called them yesterday and inquired about it. As best they can tell, they forgot to mail it.... or might have mailed it to a wrong address.
They are sending another one out.
He is not holding his breath.

ahhh, bureaucracy.
I cant complain though, I have been really lucky.

"We forgot" is an entirely new excuse for DPS!

At least they're trying to get creative with new excuses.

He can take the class and most likely get a packet from the instructor. I know we have
boxes of packets sitting around.
