Unless I missed this posted elsewhere already, I have been reading about stances on a nationwide ban CCW by either Hillary or Obama. I know we cant predict the future but I am curious if either get into office how likely it would be for Obama's Anti-2nd Amendment proposals to become law? Nationwide ban on CCW, most specifically.

Is this a real threat and likely to happen if one of them gets into the White House?


I do not even understand the thinking behind those who want to impose such a ban. Allowing people to have CHL's and lawfully carry has not increased the crime rate or violent shootings from what I have seen! At least not by CHL holders. Losing the privilege of being able to have a CHL is an AWFUL thought.

ugh. I sure hope a ccw ban wont happen. That is depressing to think about.

If there is a push for a nationwide ban on CHL's I hope its not something that could pass.

Red the books "Unintended Consequences" and/or "Enemies Foreign and Domestic" for a sample of what it might be like. The authors have done a fine job of explaining these things. We have posted there to urge true second amendment believers into a deeper understanding of what has and will happen if we don't stop this anti-gun agenda.
