After reading about all the folks having forgotten to do the signature on page 4, It has me wondering if I signed mine. I tried to do the application again on the website just to see what page 4 looks like, but you have to put in your DL and SSN again, and not wanting to throw a wrench into my application process, I didnt go any further. Does anyone know the link to view page 4 where you have to add the signature? Seems like it is a common mistake that should be addressed by DPS by simply not letting you procced to the next page without the sig.

Asleep, page 4 is a summary of your application that you filled out online. They mailed it to you after you submitted your info online. It has your name, address, previous address, work history, etc. that takes up four pages. On the back on page 4 is a signature line to state that the info. that you provided on-line is correct. You are better off than me, my completed app. was received by dps on 1/24 and my status has not changed; it still says" packet mailed to applicant"

Ok I thought it was something that I had to sign online. Tom and Tami were very adamant about making sure all of the paperwork was completed fully, and even double checked everything after the class. I dont think I have anything to worry about then. Thanks.
