Came across this article by Paul Howe, former D- Boy (Delta-Force), who now runs CSAT, Combat Situations and Tactics in Nacogdoches, TX. For those who have not read his book, Leadership and Training for the Fight--I highly reccomend it. For those looking for solid training to stay alive, CSAT is the ticket.
