Anyone else use a bucket instead of a bag for your rangeb_____.
Everything in here including a cleaning kit, good 1st aid kit, & a small tool box.

I use a box like a off shore tackle box with pockets on the outside of it . I will post a picture when I get back to the house.

I'm thinking one of these would make a great range box. You can keep your beer cold and take your best friend shooting with you as well!!

OK, Diet Pepsi's then.
With all of those friends, you need this version
Seriously, I am going to look into using your idea for a range box. My bag gets way too heavy for my shoulder. I think the bucket would help a lot on weight distribution. Great improvising there LT!!

Back when I was young there were no bags. They do carry easier & put the lid back on & it is a pretty fair short stump to sit on.
Dont drink soda pop either. Water, coffee & a little tea. Just never developed a tast for carbonated water even when I was a kid.
I do drink a wagon load of water. Never go anywhere w/o it even in the winter.

Good idea, LT. I took an old bucket and moved a bunch of my stuff from my range bag over. Now, I have more room for pistols in the bag and it's not so heavy. All my junk like staple gun, extra staples, extra ear protection for friends (it seems like someone ALWAYS forgets theirs) and everything else that has ended up cluttering my bag is now in the bucket. I used an empty kitty litter bucket, so it even has a hinged lid on it! I think I'm gonna get some of that spray paint for plastic lawn furniture and paint it though. I look kinda silly with a big, yellow kitty litter bucket! Thanks for sharing the good idea. Now I'm a bag AND a bucket guy.

Thanks LT, you're right... You'd have to get a cooler scooter with a BIG motor if you're going drag me around.

Wow, a turbo with intercooler AND nitrous on a weed eater motor!
