The family went to the Children's Museum on Saturday. On one of the windows near the door there was a sign posted concerning CHL.

The sign was 8"x10". In English only.

My search has come up empty. I can't find Article 4413(29ee). Can someone tell me what they are talking about in this sign?

That's the old "black statutes" reference to the CHL law, prior to it being codified into the Government Code.

Obviously, this sign does not comply with 30.06, but let's not tell 'um. Is the facility government owned?

I certainly didn't mention anything to anyone there. I also haven't checked into the ownership of the museum.
