This is so frustrating. I haven't even received a PIN yet. I've e-mailed them twice and receive the same response:

"Your application has not been entered into the system. It is likely going though the processes required before entry. When a completed application is entered you will be sent a confirmation letter with your PIN number. "

2-16-08 - Took CHL class
2-23-08 - Mailed in application packet
2-26-08 - application packet received in Austin
4-22-08 - STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A PIN

i know the feeling. i sent my packet in on 2-4-08. i finally got my pin and now i kinda wish i hadn't. get really depressed when you keep checking and nothing changes. get ready for a loooooooooooooooooooonnnnnngggg wait.

I'm just 2 days behihd you. We'll see who gets it first.

I finally got my PIN on Friday May 9, 2008. 73 days after they got my application.

Wow, I feel for you man. If you look at the time line in my signature, I was actually a couple days behind you and I have my plastic in hand after 78 days. The only thing that might have made a difference that I can think of is that I hand delivered the paperwork to the Austin office and watched them enter it into the system. You can see how quickly I got my pin (but then had a long wait thereafter).
