Anyone else enjoy the occasional cigar?
Of course, after going to the range or cleaning the guns in the backyard.
I'm referring to the likes of Padron, Punch, A. Fuente, Macanudo etc.

Romeo y Julieta or my favorite mild, Agusto Reyes (Blue label)
Cohibas and Montes don't really do it for me.

Drew Estate Javas are excellent. Also, pre-embargoes are great if you can get them. I'm not giving up my secret stash.

I like the ones made by Makers Mark. I have also tried alot of the one listed, never found any that I just fell in love with.

Have tried many different ones. Right now, I have a box of the Dominican Cohiba Lonsdale Grande Cameroon's that will last me quite awhile. My brother bought me a WHOLE BOX when my son was born in November. He said the "It's a Boy" cigars were great for other people, but I should have special cigars for special people! It's tough to beat a brother like that! My current favorite is the Litto Gomez Lusitania. It's a Dominican Puro along the same lines as the Opus X, except it's made by the same company that makes La Flor Dominica, not A. Fuente. I've got 21 of the Cohiba's left, and around 20 others in the humidor right now of varying brands. I enjoy a cigar at the range, and I especially enjoy a few cigars during a day of golf! It's also tough to beat a good cigar on the patio with a glass of Chivas 18 or Johnny Walker Gold. I know there are a few Scot's that have joined recently that could probably give a great lesson in high quality Scotch if we were interested!

Hint hint. I usually only have one or two drinks a month, so I like to try good stuff.

Macanudo Robust, in robusto size. The Robust is more flavorful than the standard blend, with a hint of pepper, but still has the nice shade-grown wrapper.
I buy cigars so rarely that I forget which ones I've tried. Other than that particular favorite, I usually go with the tobacconist's recommendation for a budget cigar. For camping I like a bundle of rum twists. For less rugged occasions, anything similar to the Macanudo, Hoyo de Monterey, etc.
I really prefer a robusto size or something close to it. Fat enough for a smooth draw and even burn, and just long enough for a 1-3 hour card game.

I like just about anything from Rocky Patel, especially the vintage '92. Never can go wrong with Padron, or just about any Nicaraguan puros. Also like Joya de Nicaragua Antanos, CAO Brazilia & CAO mx2. 5 Vegas is a good value brand.
I don't smoke as many as I used to, now mainly only while I'm roasting coffee.

I just came in from the patio after smoking a Padron 2000 maduro with a glass of red wine to sip on. I have tried several, La Fleur Dominica, Punch (my second favorite), A. Fuentes, Romeo & Julieta, & Macanudo. I continue to try on the recommendations of others, but I still keep coming back to the Padron as my favorite. It's consistency and mild to bold flavor. I really hate to put it out when it gets down the end.
The 1964 and 1926 anniversary blends are a little pricey, but for a special occasion, they can't be beat for my tastes. The 2000 and 3000 maduro at $4 and $5 are a little more within my budget.
An hour to unwind with a superior quality cigar can make the evening end on a good note.

My humidor is stocked with a pretty wide variety... Plenty of Fuente cigars including a few XXX's, a full spectrum of CAO's, a few Onyx, some Cohiba's, Padron , Aurora, Macanudo, Punch, Some "real" Montecristo's, one A. Fuente "God of Fire" and my favorite Partagas 150's that only come out for special events, and some other lesser knowns.
My favorite drink with the above is a glass of The Macallan 18.

I can't talk myself into turning loose of the cash for the 18yo, but The Macallan 12 is my favorite malt. It was the first I ever tried, and I've worked my way around, trying quality brands from Highlands, Lowlands, and Islands, but I keep coming back to that lovely Speyside.

I am slowly working through my pre-lawsuit Cohiba Red Dots.
+1 on the Macanudo Robustos, Kevin.
Single malt = Glenmorangie
Whiskey = Jack Daniels
Bourbon = Makers Mark
Irish = Bushmills
Canadian = for sissies.
