Windy City unable to defend

Leticia Estrada, who was dropping off her child at a nearby day care, said gangs are a problem in the neighborhood. The 31-year-old waitress said people are afraid to talk openly about the gang activity in the neighborhood because they fear the gang-bangers. But she said she thinks that will change, because people are fed up.
"We have to do something," Estrada said
I suppose they will issue slingshots with paintball pellets so they can mark the gang members, you could not pay me enough to live there

People aren't drawing the connection between the gun bans and rising criminal activity.

exactly, a violent person is a violent person. Whether they have a gun, knife, blunt object, fists.
Take away and ban everything, they will still find a way to be violent.

The logical thing to do is to ban violence.

I got one better. When I'm elected Benevolent Dictator For Life and God Emperor of the Known Universe , I plan to outlaw crime altogether. Problem solved.
