I actually seldom ever look for any signs.....

A legal sign is pretty big, so if you didn't notice it, even without specifically looking for it, then it probably isn't there. Hopefully they don't have one as my out-laws are coming to town this weekend and they want to go to the flea market.

Haven't been in a while, but no 30.06 compliant signs observed, and I did look.

The sign you probably saw was the standard unlicensed possession of a weapon sign that is on most stop & robs and grocery stores that sell alcohol.

As for the Third Monday Trade Days in McKinney, Jim was correct, there are no signs period prohibiting firearms. However, there were lots of 'No Dogs Allowed unless carried' signs.

I only noticed open carry. If there were any concealed chihuahuas, they were undetectable!

I was thinking of carrying my dog up there tomorrow.

There were several folks carrying dogs around, but I saw some walking their dogs which is a no-no up there. We went early today and it wasn't very crowded. Actually got a parking place right down in the bottom lot on the front row at about 9:00. We left about 11:30 and it was starting to fill up.

I've never been and was looking for something to do tomorrow. The weather is supposed to be nice.

I won't really be carrying her that much, we use a doggie stroller when we keep the dogs with us out and about for the day. This is us a Strut-Your-Mutt last winter at Fair Park.


It zips up and provides a safe place to keep them away from poking little fingers too.
