It took 113 long and agonizing days, BUT I GOT IT!!!

Unfortunatly my officail wally-walk is going to have to wait until I have more funds, but I will do some unofficial ones while I wait for more money.

But still, I GOT IT

Wow! That's almost twice the time allowed by the statute. How's that for efficient government?

Shameful, that's what it is. Just shameful. I'm just glad that some dirtbag didn't try to carjack you while you were waiting for permission to exercise a RIGHT!
