Ever since my wife made me remove all 'Dangerous chemicals' from under the sink, I haven't been able to find my quart bottle of Hoppe's #9. I've looked everywhere, for a couple of years!! I was out in the shop looking for a hanging flower pot for my wife. I didn't find the flower pot, but I found the HOPPE'S.

The guaranteed way to find something you've lost is to buy a replacement.
Works every time!

Those guns must be mighty dirty by now... A couple of years without your Hoppe's

I have been using Hoppe's Elite and Break Free CLP. They clean real good but they just don't have 'that smell'!
Mike1951, I agree completely with your statement. But I'm to frugal to go out and buy a new bottle, knowing I Have One Somewhere. "You always find something the last place you look."

Maybe if you put a little dab of it behind each ear, your wife won't make you keep it out in the shop!

Nope, then she would make HIM stay out in the shop!

I opened a bottle of Hoppe's #9 the other night to clean some muzzleloaders.
Wife was sitting at the next next, said "Dang, that stuff smells GOOD - what is that?"

You Might Be a Gun Enthusiast If...
** you ever seriously thought about dabbing on a little Hoppe's #9 before going out on a date.
